This weekend we gathered at Pine Cone Lane to celebrate Olive's second birthday. My sister, Carole, and I decided to try our hand at making sandwich cakes. These cakes are make from round loaves of deli bread filled with layers of savory fillings, iced with cream cheese, and decorated.
They were fun, surprisingly easy, and really tasty!
