We recently visited The Greenhouse in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, a quaint little coffee shop housed in an old greenhouse.
It was quirky and fun, and their biscuits were divine!!
Since most gardeners have some sort of greenhouse, this could be the business model you've been waiting for!!
You will need:

| 1. Crocheted potholders hanging on your fence. |
 |
2. A little nook at the front of the greenhouse for cooking biscuits and brewing coffee.
3. A clothesline for hanging the day's menu.

| 4. A creative menu. |
 |
| 5. Green house décor. |
 |
| 6. Plants and vines left over from the original use of the structure. |
 |
7. Random tables and chairs for when the morning crowd spills over from the greenhouse.
And there you go!
You're in business!!
Oh, and it wouldn't hurt to have the beach just around the corner.
